This building was custom built to be a home to recover from long weeks and months on the road as much as it was a training facility for champions.

As you come up the driveway, you will see the eastern side of the building with three garage bays on the first floor and upgraded windows on the second story. The garage is upgraded with independent lift systems for each door. Each of the other sides of the building have a standard width entrance and the western side of the building also has a double width garage door with a premium door lifting system.

Above the garage is a sleek apartment with high end finishes, walk in pantry and laundry, and a dream bathroom with double showers and heated mirror. The master bedroom boasts a large walk in closet and private door to the bathroom. The smaller bedroom also serves well as an office or nursery and has been a gaming, streaming, and podcasting space for previous tenants.

The Course

Brilliantly positioned across 40 acres, Goliath was designed to challenge the best of the best. Par is typically a 1000 rated round! There is a very diverse mix of shot shapes that leverage elevation to force additional consideration before sending it.

There are two entrances to the property. Bancroft Lane leads to the house, apartment, practice facility, and access to holes 10 through 15. The main entrance to the course is down Perennial Lane which leads towards a large open field that doubles as a driving range and event parking.

The course has 2 primary layouts, David and Goliath. Paul designed the David layout with a similar goal to challenge himself and make the best use of the property as the longer version. David is a blast to play and for a varied skill crew, a mixed layout between the David and Goliath layouts is always a hit. This year, the course received an amazing new glow round layout designed by Disc in the Dark for an evening event during the world championship week.
